Reception hours of the Consul

The Embassy's Consular Section receives documents on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 10:30am and 12:30pm. Documents are issued on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 16:00 and 17:00.

To schedule your visit in advance in order to benefit from the services offered by the Consular Section of the Embassy, you can use the Electronic appointment portal. Applicants can request an appointment by accessing the website appointment.mfa.gov.az.

There is no fee for using the Electronic appointment portal. Additional information is available on the above-mentioned website.

• One applicant per appointment: Please note that only one applicant per appointment will be accepted. If you are requesting an appointment for multiple individuals (i.e. family/group), please request a separate appointment for each applicant.
