Consular registration
Please be informed that the procedure of consular registration of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, permanently or temporarily settled in foreign countries, is carried out by diplomatic missions and consulates of the Republic of Azerbaijan according to Resolution No. Q/07-12 approved by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 12.09.2012 "Azerbaijan is determined by the Rules of Registration of Citizens of the Republic in Foreign States. According to these Rules, consular registration of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan legally residing in foreign countries on a permanent or temporary basis must be provided by diplomatic missions or consulates of the Republic of Azerbaijan".
Documents required for consular registration of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
1. Questionnaire (for permanent or temporary residence on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan);
2. A copy of the document on granting permanent or temporary residence permit on the territory of the Republic of Moldova;
3. 1 colour photograph (3x4);
4. Copy of the national passport.
